Sales Executive

**HOPE Healing & Meditation Center**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote HOPE’s healing and meditation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and outreach.
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services.
- Manage and update client records in **CRM software** (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to track leads, conversions, and client engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns and events.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1 year of proven experience in sales** or business development, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or service industry.
- Proficiency in **CRM software** and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with clients empathetically.
- Target-driven, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Passion for holistic wellness, mindfulness, and mental health is an added advantage.
