**(A) MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**

**Accounting & Finance**
- Assist in processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and credit/debit notes.
- Perform data entry of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and journal entries.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors when necessary.

**Reporting & Compliance**
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparation of management reports and schedules for audits.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
- Comply with relevant statutory and tax requirements (e.g., SST, income tax, EPF, SOCSO, KWSP, PCB).

**Internal Coordination**
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, and bankers when required.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance & Accounts team.

**(C) COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS**

**Education Level**
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting.

**Working Experience**
- At least (1) year of working experience in the relevant field is required.
- Fresh graduate encourage to apply.

**Special Knowledge / Skill**
- Possess a professional disposition and good attitude.
- Able to undertake pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Any other job as relevant will be assigned from time by the supervisor or management._
