As a Junior Account Executive at Sambal Bakar Malaya, you will play a key supporting role in the execution of marketing and business initiatives. You will assist in coordinating with internal teams, partners, and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support brand campaigns, and help track performance metrics. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced food and beverage environment as we expand across Malaysia.

**Summary of Responsibilities**:

- Handle data entry, financial closing, and reporting.
- Manage payments, billings, reconciliations, and reimbursements.
- Liaise with stakeholders on finance, audit, tax, and banking matters.
- Oversee administration, compliance, and documentation.
- Support restaurant operations, licensing, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate JV partnerships, procurement, and vendor management.
- Monitor business licenses, insurance, and lease agreements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in the F&B industry is required.
- Experience in month-end closing, full set accounts, and compliance.
- Proficient in Bukku system and knowledgeable in auditing & accounting standards.
- Ability to monitor business indicators and provide reports to BOD.
- Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a pleasant personality

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
