**In this position you will....
provide support in all aspects of People functions in Malaysia, mainly operations and Payroll, ensuring service levels are all maintained. You will also provide support and work closely with Group/ Local People Business Partner team in delivering the creation, launch and execution of all People initiatives.

**You will be responsible for **
- Manage end to end HR Operations and Payroll activities including liaison with statutory bodies, auditors, and internal/external stakeholders as and when required.
- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of our People processes - key responsibility will be around data integrity.
- Proactively inputting into the set up and delivery of People data processes.
- Perform HR transactions using Oracle HCM and case management tool.
- Ensure SLA targets are met by leveraging on the team performance dashboard.
- Collaborate with People team and cross functional departments to work on specific project or goal.
- Provide relevant data reporting and analysis for People Colleagues.
- Process payroll accurately, and all payments including statutory payments are paid timely in accordance with local law/legislation and assist expatriates on tax clearance.
- Prepare/submit monthly HR reports to Finance, Group HR and other ad hoc reports on a need basis.
- Management of HRIS/Employment Agreement; ensuring employees’ personal/job/compensation/movement/leave data etc. are up to date.
- Vendor management includes invoice validation/payments and on-going engagement i.e., employee movement; insurance enrolment and termination and other ad-hoc requests.
- To assist in recruitment process, to ensure complete documentations received from new hires, organize laptop/system accesses, and conduct new hire orientation.
- To manage the end-to-end exit process i.e. completion of required documentations/letter issuance, returning of assets and deactivation of system accesses etc.
- Accountable for personal file completion within SLA and filing of all HR documents within personnel folders.
- To assist and provide administrative support relating to performance management, employee relations, training and development, rewards, and recognition etc.
- Handle employee queries including preparing letters/contracts/communication etc. and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management, including HR Projects.
- Preparing employee headcount and cost planning analysis in conjunction with People Business partner team.
- Support annual salary review and discretionary bonus calculations.
- Involved in ad-hoc projects or continuous improvement related activities when required.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources management or any related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll, compensation & benefits / HR

operations. Previous Tech industry experience is preferable
- Excellent numeracy capability - with an attention to detail and eye for accuracy - whilst

demonstrating a strong control over sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to manage your time and prioritize activities in a fast moving and time sensitive

environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels
- Good time-management skills and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Meticulous with an eye for details and in managing sensitive / confidential matters
