Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead business requirement gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose process improvements and optimizations.
  • Support solution design by collaborating with product managers, architects, and developers.
  • Create and maintain data models, workflows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Provide impact analysis for change requests and support change management activities.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to best practices and documentation standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 49 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar BA tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Domain experience in IT, Banking & Finance, Consulting, Product, or Enterprise Systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA or BA certifications are a plus).
