**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To gather and understand client’s business requirements and processes and convert these requirements into user requirements specification document
- To act as liaison between the business users and the developers.
- To assist the Project Manager in keeping track of the projects timeline by performing regular follow-ups with the developers
- To organise and facilitate meetings with the team and stakeholders
- To undertake ad hoc assignments as required by superior from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in Business IT, Computing Science, Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as Business Analyst or with 2 years of working experience in financial institution.
- Domain knowledge in Securities Trading. A background Pre-trade process (Middle Office, Counterparty or Exchanges) will be great
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and disciplined, with ability to complete assigned tasks with mínimal oversight in a professional and timely manner.
- Knowledge of WPF, Win Forms, WCF, Entity Framework, MVC, Web Services, Multi-threading, Cloud Computing will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Agile and waterfall methodologies
- Strong project/requirements management skills and experience in business process mapping
- Excellent initiator with sound leadership skills
- Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving and report writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholder effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
