A business analyst bridges business needs with tech solutions by analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending solutions for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate, analyze, and validate comprehensive functional specifications.
  2. Facilitate discussions and negotiations to align requirements among various stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with developers in design sessions to define effective solutions based on use cases.
  4. Produce system design components such as use cases, business rules, wireframes, and detailed functional documents.
  5. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.
  6. Undertake certification assurance and secure approval with EMVCo.
  7. Share essential insights and discoveries with the team.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance monitoring, identify and resolve issues, and deliver greater value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Possesses a degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrates a high level of adaptability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Exhibits proficient writing skills for procedures and reports, along with effective verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrates strong presentation skills.
  • Displays critical thinking capabilities, a sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

Nice-to-Have:

  • An advantageous addition would be 1 to 3 years of experience in a business analyst role.
