Business Analyst

**In this position you will....
be the Business Analyst for the Samsung Care+ Asia squad will have a crucial role in driving the system readiness for new products and promotion programs. This means facilitating the configuration of partners, products, and customer touch points in a timely and accurate manner to ensure that customers can be onboarded, and service requests can be fulfilled according to Samsung’s business calendar while maintaining data quality and system stability.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management and communication skills are essential for the Business Analyst to efficiently collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations. The Business Analyst will contribute significantly to Samsung Care Plus's success in the competitive markets in Asia.

**You will be responsible for
- Work closely with the Product Owner to define backlog items, groom stories with engineers, prioritize based on impact, and plan their implementation in sprints. The stories should be clear, concise, and actionable, with a focus on the user's experience.
- Configure partner, product, and customer touch points in a prompt and correct manner to facilitate policy sales and claims handling within agreed timeline.
- Maintain version control for all product documentation to ensure that stakeholders have access to the most up-to-date information. This includes tracking changes, maintaining historical versions, and ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the latest version of the documentation.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders through testing process and obtain approval before releasing new product features. Demonstrate new features to ensure internal users are aware of the latest updates and how to use them effectively. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in the product suite.

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**

Mandatory
- An experienced digital professional with 2+ years in the digital product space
- Have 2+ years of being in a Business Analysis role or similar
- JIRA and Confluence knowledge is required
- Effective at collaborating with a global team, across multiple time-zones
- Excellent English language abilities Experienced at writing end to end requirements/stories that are clear to software developers

Desired
- Undergraduate degree in Business or Computing or Engineering
- Experience working in a B2B2C organization
- Good familiarity with various device protection options and understanding of market trends and customer preferences in this domain.
- Familiarity with SQL will be considered an added advantage
