**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and store fresh frozen meat and seafood products according to company and food safety standards.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO) and maintain optimal storage conditions.
- Monitor temperature controls and maintain cold chain integrity throughout the supply process.
- Assist in preparing and fulfilling customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of cold storage and processing areas.
- Support sales or procurement teams by providing product information, inventory status, and delivery schedules.
- Perform quality checks and report any inconsistencies or spoilage.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and internal SOPs.

**Requirements**:

- SPM/Diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in food handling or cold chain operations is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of meat and seafood products is preferred.
- Physically fit to work in cold storage environments.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to work flexible hours or weekends, if required.
- Minimum 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field from retail industry is required for this position.
- Required Skill (s): Stock Display, Stock Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
