**Internship in Inbound Travel Industry -- SABAH**

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months or follow your school requirement

We are a dynamic and innovative online travel company, as well as playing a Destination Management Company role in the market. As an intern, you'll have the chance to work alongside our experienced team and contribute to meaningful projects that align with our goals.

By interning at our company, you will have the opportunity to:

- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Sabah tours, including recognizing different categories of tour and how to search and analyse data related to inbound travel.
- Develop hands-on experience in providing high-quality services to clients, including handling customer inquiries, complaints, and bookings.
- Participate in team projects and contribute your ideas to business process improvement and development.
- Enhance your communication and problem-solving skills through daily interactions with clients and team members.

[Responsibilities]
- Assist in creating engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including website, social media, newsletters, and blog posts updates.
- Conduct research on relevant topics and industry trends to support content development.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure content aligns with our branding and marketing strategies.
- Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, and coordinating meetings when needed.
- Ad-hoc tasks from management as and when needed.

[Requirements]
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends whenever necessary.

[Working Hours & Location]
- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (1 hour lunch break)
- 5 working days a week (work from home on Wednesday)
- Office at City Mall, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
