**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented **Sales / Customer Service Relations** to handle travel inquiries, close sales, and provide excellent support before and after bookings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote and sell travel packages (domestic & international)
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Follow up with leads and assist in achieving sales targets
- Handle customer complaints or changes in travel plans professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and communications
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Prior experience in travel or sales/customer service is preferred
- Passion for travel with good knowledge of destinations and travel trends
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
- Able to work weekends or travel fairs (as required)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
