Sales Consultant

We are looking for someone who is great at sales, loves talking to people, and knows how to close a deal — to join our team as a Travel Sales Consultant and promote exciting travel packages to customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls, providing accurate information and building customer confidence.
- Promote travel packages actively to local customers and assist them in making the right travel choices.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers in a timely and structured manner to increase conversion rates.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction and service quality.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field (Tourism, Marketing, or related fields are an advantage).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills — confident in handling WhatsApp and phone conversations with customers.
- Able to meet daily sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Disciplined in following up with leads and customers consistently.
- Friendly, responsible, and professional attitude towards work and customers.
