- Demonstrated success working in a matrix environment
- Strong analytical and financial skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports the planning, managing, and monitoring of procurement governance and performance and projects from concepts to implementation, or provides expert technical support to project manager.
- Provides support to procurement daily, ensuring adequate support and advice on procurement processes and systems.
- Participates in activities across multiple areas and teams, ensuring that agreed priorities are carried out and delivered on time.
- Analyses information to determine project requirements determines best procurement arrangements, and agrees on an action plan with project stakeholders.
- Keeps up to date knowledge of best practices and new developments of processes and systems and shares with the team as necessary.
- Supports trouble shooting activities to resolve existing problems, make informed judgements and anticipate future developments in Procurement related needs.
- Supports on-going change management and continuous improvement and development for functions.
- Ensures adherence to Health, Safety and Environment of own work and work of other employees.
