- Assist in organizing, planning, and setting targets for development activities as per the construction work program to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Implement, coordinate, and monitor all stages of the project development to meet the agreed standard, quality, cost, and timeline.
- Monitor and ensure progress/ quality assurance/ status updates/ financial reports are provided
- along with provision of regular updates to Management/ immediate superior.
- Monitor and track compliance of project including the progress of internal services (i.e. Engineering.
- Procurement, etc.) and contractual requirements.
- Establish and monitor the project budget, finalize contract and variation orders, and conduct regular site visits to evaluate development progress.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, authorities, contractors, etc. to ensure works are carried out based on established procedures, specifications, and contract requirements of the project.
- Responsible for all engineering related development concept, drawings' review and design optimization.
- To monitor and track the maintenance and rectification works during the project defect liability period.
- Liaise with stakeholders & internal customers on project activities including feasibility study, layout design, project meeting, site inspections, verification & audits.
- Ensure all project documents, records, and drawings are properly filed and saved, and kept for future reference and audit.
- Coach and motivate staff; identify learning opportunities for staff development and advancement; track work progress and conduct performance reviews in order to build staff competence on the job and encourage motivation, pro-activeness, and job satisfaction of all direct reports.
- **Requirements**:_
- Familiar with property development market environment as well as local business and government rules and regulations.
- Familiar with project plan development and implementation as well as the operations and processes in the property development industry.
- Good project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
- Possess a degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction Management or a related discipline.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently
- Able to work independently with good sense of responsibility.
- Computer literate in industry related software such as MS Project / Word / Excel & Autocad
- Able to work independently and also good teamwork
- Based in HQ, Petaling Jaya
- Main projects in Johor (Southern Region)
