**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Track project progress, follow up on action items, and update trackers or dashboards
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
- Join and document key project meetings and workshops
- Help identify risks, dependencies, and issues in project execution
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/stakeholders
- Assist in process improvement or documentation initiatives

**What We’re Looking For**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Interest in project management, business analysis, or digital transformation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of project management concepts (Waterfall/Agile is a bonus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs)
