**Join our Airline Tech team and deliver successful IT projects while reporting to the PMO team. As an Intern PMO, you'll champion**:

- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, budget, communication, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management for small to medium projects.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to meet all deliverables and milestones, ensuring effective project governance and ownership of the project schedule and forecast.
- Communicate and present effectively at all leadership levels, maintaining strong executive presence.
- Maintain quality standards and consistency in project methodology, providing feedback for product and process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring all deliverables and milestones are met.
- Set resource expectations and project success criteria with stakeholders, ensuring stakeholder sign-off on key deliverables.
- Provide project governance, including scope control, risk and issue management, change control, and escalation management.
- Lead project cadence calls and possibly executive steering committees.
- Facilitate client relationship management and project transfer to internal teams.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at a recognized university (last semester graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Background or qualifications in IT.
- Some experience with MS Project (if any)
- Able to work in Sepang (next to KLIA2) and travel as needed to collaborate with stakeholders.
