**Quality Assurance & Control**:

- Monitor and inspect construction works (civil, structural, architectural, and MEP) to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable codes.
- Conduct material inspections upon delivery and verify compliance with approved submittals and standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the project-specific QA/QC plan, checklists, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- **Site Inspections & Reporting**:

- Conduct daily inspections and raise non-conformance reports (NCRs) when work deviates from standards.
- Witness and document testing procedures (e.g., concrete slump test, compaction test, weld inspections, insulation resistance tests).
- Prepare and submit daily quality reports and site observation logs to QA/QC Engineer or Manager.
- **Document Control**:

- Maintain QA/QC records, test results, inspection reports, and material certifications.
- Assist in preparing and updating quality documentation including method statements, ITPs, and inspection logs.
- Ensure traceability of materials and workmanship from receipt through installation.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and subcontractor teams to ensure works are ready for inspection and testing.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors for work approvals and closeouts.
- Support snagging and de-snagging works during handover stages.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all site works comply with local regulations, safety, and environmental standards.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
