Procurement Assistant

Assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and comparing prices, specifications, and delivery terms.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm orders, monitor deliveries, and resolve delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update supplier databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure their procurement needs are met in a timely manner.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- At least 1-2 years experience in similar administrative role preferred.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
