Handle full set of accounts independently and preparation of monthly management reports (AR,AP,Journal Entries, etc)
- Prepare payment voucher, debit note, credit note and journal voucher.
- Assist in preparation and monitoring day to day account, book keeping. Maintain adequate cash flow and ensure cash book and petty cash are updated.
- Debtor and creditor management including invoicing.
- Handling and monitoring all AP payment and AR payment / debt collection.
- Process staff expense claims and ensure the claims are properly authorized.
- Perform and complete monthly bank reconciliation to ensure no discrepancy.
- Assist in preparation monthly management reports and analysis.
- Assist in preparation budget and variance reports.
- Prepare and compile statutory submission such as SST submission/exemption and tax filing.
- Liason with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary, corporate advisor, corporate due diligence working group and regulatory department on job related matters.
- Responsible in planning all procurement activities.
- Liason with key project and sales team to determine their product and service needs.
- Control and monitor project contractual documentation preparation, signing and liason with clients.
- Monitor and assist in company registration, renewal and upgrading.
- Prepare and maintain procurement, purchasing, import, export files, reports and price lists.
- To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior.
