Kopi Kenangan launched our Kenangan Coffee Cafe Chain in Sep 22 and todate we have more than 45 retail outlets across Malaysia. Due to our rapid expansion, we are hiring an experienced Assistant Procurement Manager who has the drive to support our New Store Openings Procurement needs.

**Working Location**: Damansara Utama, Malaysia

**Hybrid**:To be at Working Location at least 3 days per week

**Qualifications**
- You have 5+ years experience of procurement
- Advance in F&B procurement retail capex
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Have ability to work with fast changing requirements as business is in exploration stage therefore there are bound to be a lot of changes
- Excellent communication and internal customer management skill

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies
- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Ensuring purchase orders are issued accordance with most economical quantity with the most reasonable transportation costs
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Ensuring incoming materials are accordance with agreed suppliers’ expected time delivery (ETD)
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation
- Monitor progress of contracts to ensure materials in on scheduled and meet specifications
- Analyze implemented of purchase plan to avoid material shortage
- Monitor material flow to ensure inventory is maintained to the optimum level to support
- Coordinate with other department to meet the timeline target opening new brand and new store

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
