Job description:
Work Location : Damansara Perdana (DPAC Empire Damansara)
Responsibilities
Assist in the procurement process for materials, supplies, and services.
Analyze invoices to ensure accurate product delivery and pricing.
Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges.
Assist in the negotiation of contracts and procurement terms with suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Communicate with suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist in inventory management and control.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with procurement software or Store Market Hub systems is preferred.
Internship or relevant experience in procurement or supply chain is a plus.
Skills
Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management principles.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
A collaborative team player who values diversity and inclusion.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM3,965.43 per month
