Assistant Production Manager

Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday (6PM - 2AM)

1. Assist in planning and organizing production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.

2. Monitor and manage production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

3. Collaborate with the Founder to implement best practices for efficiency and continuous improvement.

4. Supervise and motivate production staff, ensuring they are well-trained and have the necessary tools to perform their duties effectively.

5. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among team members.

6. Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback for employee development.

7. Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the production of high-quality ice cream products.

8. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production areas to identify and address any issues affecting product quality.

9. Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to manage raw materials and finished product inventories efficiently.

10. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of ingredients and packaging materials.

11. Uphold and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.

12. Investigate and report any accidents or incidents promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.

13. Work closely with the Founder to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.

14. Participate in the development and implementation of new production strategies and technologies.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
