Planner / Production Executive

  • Report to Operation Manager and/or management on all matters pertaining to production.

  • Material Requirement Planning.Analyze production schedules and forecast demand for raw materials.

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels

  • Place purchase orders based on material requirements.

  • Work closely with the production team to align raw material availability with production schedules.

  • Help prioritize material availability for urgent or high-demand products.

  • Generate reports on material usage, shortages, and forecasts.

  • Liaise with departments like Procurement, Production, Quality, and Warehouse to ensure smooth operations.

  • To ensure adequate production staff and coordinate staff according to production schedule and comply to GMP.

-To ensure the manufacturing facilities and equipment are clean and in good condition at all times.

  • To ensure all work instructions, procedures are implemented at all times.

  • To ensure that only authorized personnel have access to production area.

  • To ensure security and updating of batch manufacturing record (BMR).

  • To ensure that all finished products are properly labeled and product batch number assigned.

  • To ensure that all production equipment is cleaned after production.

  • To ensure that all raw materials are properly labeled.

  • To ensure that the dispensing/weighing procedure is complied with, especially in the weighing of materials.

  • To ensure all waste materials are properly handled.

  • To ensure that all rejected materials are properly handled.

  • To ensure the HVAC, compressed air, dust extractor and water system is properly maintained to avoid contamination.

  • To ensure the all production equipment are functioning well at all times

  • To reconcile starting materials versus production output.

  • To ensure the implementation of production process as specified in the BMR.

  • To ensure that all personnel that enter the production area are properly gowning based on SOP.

  • Conduct of internal audit as and when required by QA Executive.

  • Responsible to assist the Validation Executive, QA Executive and Operation Manager in the conduct of premise, utilities and equipment qualifications.

-To emphasize safety aspects and reduce the risk of damage and accidents in the workplace.

  • Always be prepared to perform other tasks as per directed by the Operation Manager or Management.
