Manage company E-commerce platforms such as Whatsapp / Facebook Page / Instagram or Website.
- Develop E-commerce strategy to promote sales via online and Live marketing
- Receiving, processing and organizing the shipments/delivery of the customer orders until completely receive by customers.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including, social media and display advertising.
- Maintaining company's social media presence across all digital channels
- Assist customer via online in locating the desired to purchase the item.
- Informing customers of any promotions to encourage the purchase and increase the sales.
- Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
- Processing customer payment.
- Multi tasking and detailed oriented person with great coordination skills.
- Work well in team and independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,450.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Admin sales: 1 year (preferred)
