**Job Title: Front Desk and Customer Service Representative**
**Position Overview**: As a Front Desk and Customer Service, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service and support to all customers and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our salon at the front desk. This role requires communication skills, a friendly character, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Greeting and Assisting Customers**: Warmly welcome all customers and guests as they arrive, promptly addressing their inquiries, and providing assistance as needed.
2. **Answering Phone Calls**: Manage incoming phone calls, providing information, and taking messages accurately.
3. **Handling Inquiries and Resolving Issues**: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, striving to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
4. **Administrative Support**: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records to support front desk operations.
5. **Maintaining a Clean and Organized Front Area**:Keep the front desk and customer waiting area clean, organized, and presentable at all times to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and guests.
6. **Providing Information**: Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies to customers, offering recommendations when necessary.
7. **Handling Payments**: Process payments for services and products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. **Assisting with Special Requests**: Accommodate special requests from customers to the best of your ability, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet their needs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
