**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.**:

- **Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- **At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting, including managerial experience.**:

- **Proficient in financial statement analysis, cost management, and budget planning.**:

- **Experienced in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, and liquidity.**:

- **Familiar with Malaysian tax regulations, including tax filing, planning, and risk management.**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.**:

- **Experience in direct selling or retail industry finance management is a plus.**:

- **At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounting firm is preferred.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage company accounting transactions, conduct cost analysis, and ensure accuracy of financial data.**:

- **Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow allocation.**:

- **Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and consolidated statements.**:

- **Oversee budget management, including preparation, monitoring, and performance analysis.**:

- **Plan and execute tax filings and tax management in Malaysia.**:

- **Handle fund allocation, treasury management, and financial planning.**:

- **Engage in cross-departmental communication and financial strategy planning.**:

- **Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management.**
