**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing Campaigns**:Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across different channels (online and offline).
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights for future campaigns.

**Digital Marketing**:Help manage the company's social media accounts, creating engaging content, and responding to customer inquiries.
Support the SEO efforts by conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and tracking website traffic.

**Content Creation**:Contribute to content creation activities such as blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and compelling marketing materials.

**Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
Assist in analyzing market data to develop targeted marketing strategies.

**Event Coordination**:Support the planning and organization of marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event evaluations.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Utilize marketing analytics tools to generate reports and assess campaign performance.
Provide regular reports to management detailing the effectiveness of marketing activities.

**Customer Engagement**:Assist in creating and maintaining customer engagement initiatives, including loyalty programs and customer surveys.
Monitor customer feedback and assist in implementing improvements based on feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their usage in marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with industry trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
