**Hiring of Junior Accountant**

**Salary range: RM 3,800 - RM 4,000**

**Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri)**

**Working Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor**

**Data Entry and Processing**
- Recording transactions: Entering financial transactions into accounting software.
- Reconciling accounts: Balancing accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Preparing invoices and payments: Creating and processing invoices and payments.
- Preparing and calculating workers' wages

**Financial Analysis**
- Assisting with financial analysis: Supporting senior accountants in analyzing financial data.
- Preparing basic financial reports: Creating simple financial reports, such as monthly income statements and balance sheets.
- Managing Cash Flow and Bank Reconciliation

**Tax Support**
- Assisting with tax preparation: Supporting senior accountants in preparing tax returns
- Gathering tax documents: Collecting necessary documents for tax preparation.

**General Accounting Tasks**
- Filing and organizing documents: Maintaining proper filing systems for financial records.
- Answering accounting inquiries: Responding to questions from colleagues and clients.
- Learning accounting principles: Gaining knowledge of accounting concepts and standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Accounting or other higher academic qualification in accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of the full set of accounts
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, Excel)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
