**What You'll Do**:

- Data entry
- Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
- Managing income and expenditure accounts
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data
- Keeping a check on the company's finances based on financial status
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Report on the company's financial health and liquidity

**What We're Looking For**:

- Got a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, or anything number-related that made you and spreadsheets are best friends
- You actually **understand basics accounting** where you know your way around a balance sheet
- **Excel** is your playground (bonus if you have ever felt proud of a well-built pivot table)
- Familiar with accounting tools like **UBS/QuickBooks/Xero**, or anything similar, we don’t expect you to know them all, but at least one would be nice
- **Fresh grads?**We love the energy especially those who eager to learn
- As long as you can speak **Malay** and not panic over simple English, you’re good

**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Off Days**:Friday and Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
