Junior IT Support

NRI HOLDINGS SDN BHD – Seri Kembangan

Job Description:

  • Create and configure company email accounts for new staff.
  • Set up server IDs and user access rights for new employees.
  • Manage user account activation, suspension, and termination.
  • Assist in troubleshooting server or network connectivity issues.
  • Support backup and data recovery processes when required.
  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and other office devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by staff.
  • Ensure proper antivirus and security software are installed and updated.
  • Provide on-site or remote assistance for IT/PC problems.
  • Perform regular system updates and patches.
  • Check and maintain network performance, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
  • Ensure proper functioning of email, server, and cloud services.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory (PCs, laptops, software licenses, etc.).
  • Assist in setting up IT equipment for meetings, presentations, or training sessions.
  • Perform any other IT-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education:

• Bachelor of Information Technology

Working Experience:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Language:

• Bahasa Melayu and English (Preferred)
