About the Role Join our dynamic team – a leading distributor of fresh produce, food products, and ingredients in Malaysia – and take the next step in your career. We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive to drive the expansion of our farm produce within the HORECA sector. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and foster long-term partnerships to support our continued growth.

What we're looking for

  1. PREFERRED MANDARIN SPEAKING CANDIDATES 优先考虑能用华语与客户沟通
  2. Liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
  3. Research and analyse sales options, sourcing and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
  4. Cultivate and nurture relationship with decision-makers in hotels, restaurants and catering companies, understand their needs and offering products selection.
  5. To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and report to superior.
  6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints
  7. Meet with potential clients to determine their needs and expand to new markets.
  8. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  9. Researching prospects and generating leads.
  10. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  11. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  12. To assist in any Marketing matters, activities and events
