We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to manage existing customer accounts and grow sales in the retail electrical segment. This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys client visits, relationship building, and ensuring smooth operations from order to delivery.

Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Visit retail customers regularly to take orders and promote featured products.
  • Build strong relationships with store owners, resellers, and electricians.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on deliveries, payment collections, and outstanding issues.
  • Monitor and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and earn commissions based on sales and collections.
  • Participate in training sessions and product briefings.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience, preferably in
    FMCG, electrical, hardware, etc
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within Klang Valley
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to converse in English and Chinese dialect
  • Candidates that good communication in Mandarin and English are preferred because the work needs candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking customers.
