ONEBOX CREATIVE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective client engagement.

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain cohesive messaging across all marketing and sales materials.

Content Creation

  • Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, identity, and goals.

Video Production & Editing

  • Support video and vlog production for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Edit videos using software such as CapCut or similar tools, adding graphics, music, and other visual elements to enhance storytelling.

Social Media Management

  • Manage social media accounts, especially Instagram and Xiaohongshu.
  • Develop content strategies to grow followers and increase engagement.
  • Monitor trends, track analytics, and adjust strategies based on performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, client management, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
