As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth through strategic sales and promotional activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities for our healthcare services and products.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and third-party administrators.
  • Delivering persuasive, professional presentations and on-site sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Planning and participating in road shows, health awareness campaigns, and other marketing events.
  • Managing customer inquiries and ensuring top-tier service delivery.
  • Tracking sales performance and consistently meeting or exceeding set targets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop effective marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Gathering data for market research and competitive analysis.
  • Supporting recruitment, training, and appraisal activities for the sales team.
  • Preparing timely and accurate weekly/monthly reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – a natural people person
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in sales achievement and client retention.
  • A proactive team player with a passion for healthcare.

Languages:

  • Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Additional languages will be an added advantage.
