Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the sanitary wares and tap-fittings market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including developers, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to after-sales service.
  • To attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and expand our network of contacts.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review and decision-making.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the sanitary wares or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of sanitary wares and tap-fittings products, materials, and installation processes is a plus.
