About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Sales Support Executive to join our team at GET A FLOOR SDN BHD' in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to our experienced Sales team, ensuring they can focus on delivering excellent customer service and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling customer inquiries and providing administrative support to the Sales team
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the sales database
  • Preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Assisting with the organisation and execution of sales and marketing events
  • Providing general administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars Knowledge in editing video using capcut is an added advantage

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the retail or customer service industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
