**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and budgets
- Support data entry and maintenance of financial records using accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, QuickBooks)
- Help with reconciliation of bank statements and internal accounts
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
- Organise and file invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Participate in the preparation of tax and audit documents
- Support the Finance team in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis or administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
