Customer Service Executive

**JOB SCOPE**:
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with general concerns related to online shopping platform & e-commerce platform
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
- Consistently meeting individual and team KPIS and goalsMaintaining high degree of integrity and confidentiality - keeping customers’ information confidential at all times
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience is a must
- Excellent command of English in both verbal and written communication
- Technical skills and computer knowledge with hands-on mentality
- Excellent soft skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to de-escalate calls in an effective manner
- Ability to assess the customer and adjust communication style accordingly
- Excellent interpersonal skill with ability to positively influence others
- Strong problem solving skill/ ability to empathize with customers
- Ability to effective multi task during and after calls and follow through in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a high stress environment, managing stress in a professional manner and without disruption to the operation, employee or customers,
- Ability to adapt to change of environment
**SALARY PACKAGE**:
- Basic Salary: RM2,400
**ALLOWANCES**:
- Skill Allowance (Fixed): RM300
- KPI Allowance: Up to RM500 (* KPI performance entitled after passing nesting period and depends on performance and attendance/tardiness)
**Salary**: Up to RM 3,200 per month
**BENEFITS**:
- 12 days of Annual Leave Entitlement, prorated

- Three (3) months of probation
**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
