**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Prepare service quotations.
- Respond to customers’ inquiries on product service or warranty’s status.
- Perform data entry.
- Keep proper filing and record.
- Assist in office administration functions and other duties and ad hoc assignment as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willing to learn attitude.
- One (1) full-time positions available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
