**Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound calls regarding general & complicated issues from customers.
- Handling outbound or follow-up calls to customer whenever required.
- Review assigned cases and reply promptly to customers within targeted timeline by giving proper suggestions in order to help customers.
- Managing ad-hoc administrations, also communicating and coordinating with internal departments when required.
- Constantly evaluate and identify opportunities to improve processes that positively enhance customer experience.

**Job Requirements**
- Ability to acknowledge emotions and handle requests effectively whilst asking appropriate probing questions. Positive attitude with willingness to help others.
- Flexibility to work on shift duties (including overnight, weekend and public holidays)
- Minimum SPM qualification. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen.
- Applicant must be able to speak in good English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara
- Immediately starter will be advantageous

**Working Hours**:
**Monday - Friday : 11.00 am to 8.00pm**

**Saturday/ Sunday : 9.00 am to 8.00pm (Alternate)**
