As a **Marketing Operations Specialist** at TDG Holdings, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing marketing activities across various B2B marketing platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing operations, campaign execution, and reporting to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute A/B testing campaigns, monitor results, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Update and maintain website content, customer databases, and content repositories.
- Execute operational tasks across CRM, CMS, and various Martech tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, WordPress).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve marketing campaign performance and workflow efficiency.
- Respond to ad hoc operational requests related to data processing, insights, and system updates.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of marketing data and campaigns through meticulous attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Junior Position**: 1-2 years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing.
- **Senior Position**: 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or Martech.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, CMS, or Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, WordPress).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and skills development.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
