**What You'll Do**:

- **Marketing Strategy**: Lead the charge in developing and executing marketing strategies for our Customer Success Management (CSM) division, working closely with our sales team to drive results.
- **Budget Management**: Take ownership of our marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI by tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
- **Content Strategy**: Develop and execute creative content strategies to support our CSM business units and products, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Corporate Communication, and Product teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with business objectives.
- **Digital Channels Management**: Oversee our digital marketing efforts, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising, to engage our target audience effectively.
- **Product Management Support**: Work closely with product development and sales teams to ensure timely product releases and successful go-to-market strategies.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, informing our marketing strategies and tactics.
- **Annual Report Management**: Managing the creation and publication of our annual report, highlighting our achievements and future outlook to key stakeholders.
- **Creative Consultation**: Provide creative direction and guidance for marketing materials, ensuring our brand identity is consistently reflected across all touchpoints.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing or digital marketing experience, preferably in the tech sector.
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals and technology market dynamics.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that drive tangible results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
