Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data and Insights Analyst to support our Maxis Consumer Business by providing comprehensive data analysis and insights. The role focuses on the use of data and analytics in supporting Home (Fibre and FWBB) by enhancing customer targeting programs and maximizing customer value through strategic data use and advanced analytical techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver data-driven customer insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by conducting in-depth analyses for business units.

2. Identify and analyze customer segments, calculate customer lifetime value, and generate insights to enhance usage, optimize value, reduce churn and boost loyalty.

3. Responsible for data collection and management, gather, clean, and maintain large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy. To support the development of measurement strategies, identifying key metrics to track and report on.

4. Communicate analytical findings to internal stakeholders and senior management to optimize marketing strategies and link them to revenue growth and churn reduction tactics.

5. Manage and enhance personalized targeting programs to maximize revenue and business opportunities.

6. Conduct system testing during the migration of the inbound (Segment of One) campaign platform to the new NBA/NBO platform.

7. Collaborate with the Data and AI-COE team to identify new data sources that enhance analysis and add value.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

2. Experience: at least 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles; experience in data management and insights generation is preferred.

3. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.

4. Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights clearly.

5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

6. Detail-oriented with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

7. Having experience in the telecommunications industry is an added advantage.

8. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL, bigQuery SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker studio

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
