EVENT AND FOOD TRUCK OPERATIONS ASSISTANT**/*活动和食品车运营助理 **(E-CLASS LICENSE REQUIRED)*
- Ensure timely setup at designated event locations for food service, adhering to schedules and guidelines provided./确保按时在指定的活动地点进行食品服务的摆放，遵守提供的时间表和指南。
- Drive and operate a 5-ton truck to transport the food truck to various event locations safely and efficiently./驾驶和操作5吨卡车，安全有效地将食品车运送到各种活动地点。
- Perform regular maintenance checks on the food truck, including but not limited to, engine checks, oil changes, tire inspections, and cleanliness of both interior and exterior./定期对食品车进行维护检查，包括但不限于发动机检查、换油、轮胎检查以及内外清洁。
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards, ensuring high-quality and consistency in taste./根据配方和标准准备和烹饪食品，确保口味的高质量和一致性。
- Maintain a clean and organized cooking area within the food truck, following sanitation and hygiene standards./在食品车内保持清洁有序的烹饪区域，遵循卫生标准。
- Handle inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to ensure adequate supplies for food preparation./管理库存，包括库存轮换、订购供应品以及监控库存水平，以确保食品准备的足够供应。
- Manage stock movement within the food truck efficiently, minimizing waste and ensuring proper storage of perishable items./在食品车内高效管理库存移动，减少浪费，确保易腐品的正确存储。
- Provide support to Kyochon store operations during periods when the food truck is not in operation, including assisting with food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness in the store premises./在食品车不营业时，为 Kyochon 店铺运营提供支持，包括协助食品准备、为客户提供服务以及保持店铺场所的清洁。
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service./与团队成员合作，确保运营顺利，提供卓越的客户服务。

- **REQUIREMENTS/ 要求**_
- Possession of a valid driver's license with the ability to drive a 5-ton truck./持有有效的驾驶证，能够驾驶5吨卡车。
- Previous experience in food service or food truck operations is preferred./有食品服务或食品车运营的工作经验者优先考虑。
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills./良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure./能够在快节奏的环境下并且在压力下工作
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail./优秀的组织能力和注重细节。
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required./灵活性，能够根据需要在晚上、周末和节假日工作。
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations./了解食品安全和卫生法规。

- Bonus will be given if manage to achieve sales amount of RM100k or higher/如果成功达到销售额达到100,000马来西亚令吉或更高的目标，将提供额外奖金
- 9 hours of working include 1 hours break/ 9小时工作包括1小时休息
