Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager for Cross Border Trucking will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities within the cross-border trucking industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the logistics landscape, a proven track record in sales and business development, and the ability to foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify potential clients, markets, and regions for cross-border trucking services.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including shippers, carriers, customs agencies, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Present solutions to clients, addressing their unique requirements and effectively communicating value propositions.
- Develop and implement initiatives to expand the company's presence in new and existing markets.
- Identify growth opportunities, assess market potential, and formulate strategies to capture market share.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development or sales within transportation, or cross-border trucking industry.
- Strong knowledge of cross-border regulations, customs procedures, and international trade.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
