Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Petaling Jaya. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships. They will conduct market research, create proposals, and drive revenue growth through innovative business strategies. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying informed about industry trends to ensure competitive positioning.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Market Research, Proposal Development, and Negotiation skills
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Knowledge or experience in renewable energy or solar solutions is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
