Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Business Development Manager/ Business Development Manager
to join our team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. You'll oversee the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to successful closure and ongoing account management.
Responsibilities
- Expand our customer base and drive revenue through new business initiatives
- Identify market opportunities and introduce new products aligned with the company's growth strategy
- Deliver effective product demonstrations to stakeholders in HR and Marketing across all organizational levels - from end users to senior management
- Customize solutions from a diverse portfolio of products and services to meet client needs
- Build, strengthen and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Support clients throughout the entire sales and collections process
- Work with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and quality after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development or sales development
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated ability
of identifying and securing new business opportunities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build and sustain strong client relationships. Fluency in a local dialect is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with recruitment solutions or SaaS platforms is a plus
- Goal-oriented, driven and passionate about building a successful career in sales
