Business Development Manager, Sea

**As a Business Development Manager, SEA, you will**:
Comply to Company policy on safety and compliance; participate the safety and/or compliance meeting & training in due course

Implementing strategies to grow regional sales, profit, market share, introducing new accounts, promoting products, etc; ensure our position as solution seller.

Establish high standard of market intelligence for automotive & electronic industry, penetration of Admat products in target markets and relative competitive positions

Identify and capture market insight & business opportunities

Analyze customer’s (especially Tier-ones and OEMs) current and future (trends) needs/ requirements as basis for new business development and APAC strategy alignment.

Establish and execute product qualification plan & alignment for each opportunity with clear milestones and action plan

Provide prompt technical support / service to resolve any urgent / sudden issue at customer, work in close collaboration with technical support team in Shanghai and coordinate with APAC team on customer technical request

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

A chemistry, chemical engineering or related degree

Min 5-10 years' extensive experience in business development roles involving automotive and/or electronic industry

The job holder needs to have knowledge of industry and market trends, competitors and customers in related business.

Structured individual with strong business acumen and problem solving skills

Be able to generate new opportunities and potential targets that fit business strategy.

Clear leadership attitude, strong business judgment, strategic mindset, drive and “can do attitude”, result driven

Good cross-cultural communication skills, be able to gain resources to achieve target by high efficiency internal communication

Managing Vision - Brings a strong customer focus to the workplace

Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks

Dealing with Ambiguity - Effectively copes with change; can handle risk and uncertainty
