**About the Role**

We are looking for a passionate **Quality Analyst** to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain **automated test scripts** that enhance testing efficiency, improve coverage, and ensure the reliability of our core software solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, maintain, and execute **automated test scripts** for one of our core products (e.g. Regulatory Payment Solutions).
- Perform **manual testing** when needed to design more effective automation strategies.
- Design and implement **test automation solutions** that improve test coverage and efficiency across multiple modules.
- Collaborate closely with developers to understand new features, define testing requirements, and ensure testability.
- Participate in **code reviews** and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for increased automation efficiency.
- Log, track, and manage defects until resolution, ensuring **high-quality software releases**.
- Create and maintain **reusable automation frameworks** and testing tools.
- Communicate testing progress, results, and key quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with **industry trends, tools, and best practices** in test automation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology**, or related fields.
- At least **1 year of related working experience** (fresh graduates with strong interest in QA are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in **software quality assurance and automation**.
- Basic programming/scripting skills in **Java, Python, or JavaScript**.
- Familiar with **software testing concepts** (SDLC, STLC, test levels, defect lifecycle).
- Understanding of **manual testing techniques** and ability to write structured test cases.
- Exposure to or willingness to learn **automation tools (Karate, Playwright)**.
- Basic knowledge of **databases** and ability to write simple SQL queries.
- Excellent **analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail** skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in **English, Malay, and Chinese** (spoken and written).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
