We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Fundraising Specialist (Acquisition Marketing)** to join one of the world's most impactful NGOs. This role is integral to driving donor engagement and acquisition efforts through innovative campaigns and strategic market analysis. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Development & Management**
- Design and execute end-to-end performance-based marketing campaigns across diverse channels (online and offline) to maximize conversions and donor acquisition.
- Develop creative strategies to enhance engagement and build a strong donor base.

**Donor Acquisition Strategy**
- Create and implement comprehensive donor acquisition strategies to achieve fundraising objectives.
- Manage acquisition efforts through data-driven approaches, ensuring sustainable donor growth.

**Market Analysis & Reporting**
- Analyze market trends, donor behavior, and audience insights to optimize campaign performance and inform acquisition strategies.
- Utilize analytical tools to measure campaign success and donor engagement.

**Leadership & Team Collaboration**
- Lead and mentor the acquisition team, providing guidance and support to meet and exceed fundraising goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in executing campaigns.

**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a strong focus on ROI and other key performance indicators to maximize impact.

**Requirements**:

- Masters Degree OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Business Administration or any related fields
- 5 Years of working experience in marketing, fundraising, business development, sales or realated fields (**Masters Holders**)
- 7 Years of working experience in marketing, fundraising, business development, sales or realated fields (**Degree Holders**)
- Experience in handling end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and budgeting to monitoring and implementation
- Experience using CRM Systems to build targetted campaigns
- Skillful with analytical tools (i.e. Google Analytics) to track KPIs and Campaign efficiency
- Skillful with data reporting tools (i.e Excel, Tableau)
- Execellent communications in English & Malay (Spoken & Written)

Pay: RM18,000.00 - RM21,000.00 per month
